No Heat
Temperature Not Set Correctly - Adjust Set Point.
Over temperature error.- Off - On power to reset.
Current Limiting Jumper Is On - LC System (jumper 1 on CB is in right side pos on board.) Will not heat if High Speed or Blower is
on. Contact manufacturer.
No Power - Reset breaker at service panel.
Low Water Flow - Clean or Replace filters(s).
Pressure switch is open - Replace pressure switch with correct setting 1.75 psi.
Low Water level - Add water to spa.
Over Heat
Temperature Sensor Not in Dry-Well - Place sensor in dry-well.
Temperature Set Too High - Adjust Set Point.
High Ambient Temperature - Remove spa cover.
GFCI Trips Occasionally
Lightning or Electrical Storm, Power Surge, Extremely Humid Conditions, or Radio Frequency Interference - Reset GFCI.
NOTE: GFCI must be properly grounded and bonded.
GFCI Trips Immediately
Defective Component - Contact a qualified service technician or manufacturer for assistance.
Spa Side Control Malfunction
Spa side control cord not plugged - Plug spa side control into system circuit board.
System fuse indicator illuminated - Replace System fuse or replace spa side control.
No Ozone (Ozone generator follows the low speed pump activated in filtration cycle)
Ozone generator yellow cord not illuminated (Low Speed Pump on, Filter Cycle Icon Is On) - Replace electrical pack.
Ozone generator is off and low speed pump is on, and filter cycle icon is on. Yellow cord illuminated - Replace ozone generator.
Notes: Ozone generator suspends if pump 1, pump 2 or the blower key is pressed.
Spa side control display show a constant 32F or 125F - Check temperature sensor connection to board. If problem is not resolved
replace the temperature sensor.
