Adjusting the Display Backlight

You can change the intensity of the radio’s display backlight as

needed to suite the environment conditions.

Note: The backlight setting also affects the Menu Select

buttons, the Menu Navigation buttons and the keypad

backlighting accordingly.

Procedure:

Press and hold

+ on the n button to increase brightness.

Release the button to stop.

Press and hold the

- on the n button to decrease brightness.

Release the button to stop.
