Factory configuration
Drive factory settings
The Altivar 212 is factory-set for the most common operating conditions:
z [Mot cont. mode sel.] (Pt): [Variable torque] (Pt = 1). See page 67.
z [Upper limit freq] (UL) = 50.0 Hz. See page 82.
z [Low limit frequency] (LL) = 0.0 Hz. See page 82.
z [Switch. freq. level] (F300): depending on drive rating (see page 85)
z [Auto ramp] (AU1) = [Enable] (AU1 =1). See page 85.
Parameter which depends on Macro Programming [Auto set function] (AU4) = 0 (see page 63
):
z Command reference: logic inputs ([Command mode sel] (CMOd) = 0). See page 77.
z Speed reference: analog input VIA = 0–10 V or 0–20 mA ([Frequency mode sel] (FMOd) = 1, (F201)=0).

If the above values are compatible with the application, the drive can be used without changing the settings.
