 To select a preferred channel:
• Press to see the list of available channels.
• Press or to scroll to the channel that you want to use.
•PressOK to select the channel.
A is shown next to the channel.
•Press (Save).
 If you want to review the information that you have entered, press or to
move through the entries.
 Press (Save) to save the information.
Editing a phone link
Editing a phone link is similar to adding a phone link. If a phone link is added at user
level, it may be edited at user level and admin level.
To edit a phone link:
 From the main menu, select (User Data), then (Phone Links).
 Press or to scroll to the phone link that you want to edit, then press OK.
 Continue with the process for adding a phone link.

Moving a phone link
To move a phone link:
 From the main menu, select (User Data), then (Phone Links).
 Press or to scroll to the phone link that you want to move, press
(Options), scroll to Move, then press (Select).
 Press or to scroll to the new location for the phone link in the list, then
press (Place).
