Troubleshooting
Phone can not be turned on
Be sure to hold down the [ ] button for more than 3 seconds.
Make sure battery is properly connected to your phone.
Remove battery, reinstall it and restart your phone.
If the battery is low, please charge it.
Phone asks for PIN code
PIN lock feature is enabled. Each time phone is switched on, PIN must be entered
(if you are using your phone for the first time, you must enter the PIN code provided
with the SIM card).
Phone asks for PUK code
PIN code has been incorrectly entered 3 times, and now SIM card is locked. Enter
PUK code provided by your network operator.
Phone asks for unlock code
Automatic locking function has been enabled on the phone. You must enter
unlock code before you can use your device.
SIM card error
Clean metal contacts on SIM card with a clean cloth (do not use a solvent).
SIM card is not properly placed. Insert the SIM card according to the figure in
the unit.
SIM card is damaged, contact your network provider.
