• Programming a macro (example: Using the ‘Last’ button to switch from ‘TV’ mode to ‘SAT’ mode and
select channel 801):
1- Press ‘TV’ to select the mode in which you want to execute the macro.
2- Press and simultaneously. Do not release them until the indicator has flashed several times to
confirm.
3- Press ‘9 9 5’. The indicator flashes several times.
4- Press ‘Last’ to select the button you want to assign to the macro.
5- Now press the desired series of commands: ‘TV’, ‘AV’, ‘SAT’, ‘8 0 1’.
6- Press ‘Enter’ to save the macro, and don’t let go until the indicator flashes several times.
• Executing a saved macro: Press the button to which the macro is assigned for 1.5 seconds (in the
macro programmed above: ‘Last’).
• Cancelling a macro (example: the macro programmed above):
1- Press ‘TV’ to select the mode in which the macro was programmed.
2 Press and simultaneously. Do not release them until the indicator has flashed several times to
confirm.
3- Press ‘9 9 5’. The indicator flashes several times.
4- Press ‘Last’ to select the button assigned to the macro.
5- Press ‘Enter’. Do not release them until the indicator has flashed several times.
• A macro can contain a maximum of 32 pressed buttons.
• Assign a macro to a button you do not use, because the macro writes over the pre-programmed code.
• A macro can also be used to switch lights on and off (e.g. press a single button to switch off your Home
Theatre and switch on the lights near the TV).
• If a button on the original remote control must be held for several seconds to activate a particular
function, this function cannot be programmed in a macro.

• This product is a combination of an infrared remote control and a radio-frequency transmitter.
Remote control
: Controls numerous multimedia devices (TV, Stereo, DVD, MediaCenter PC etc.) in the
same manner as the original remote control.
