Unpair your processor(s)
If you change your sound processor(s), for example if you receive a new sound processor from the repair centre, you need to:
• Unpair the old sound processor(s), then
• Pair the new sound processor(s).
To unpair your processors(s):

Open the app’s Menu.

Tap Settings.

Tap Processor settings.

Tap Unpair your
processor(s).

Tap YES.

If streaming is enabled for
your processor(s), a prompt
to
disable streaming
displays.
A. Tap YES and follow the
prompts to Forget your
processor(s).
B. Tap the back button to
return to the Nucleus Smart
App.
