• Make sure the processor and the
remote control are both turned
on and “awake”.
• Make sure you hold the coil in place
until the remote control has
finished pairing.
• Contact your clinician.
Telecoil button doesn’t
start/stop streaming
audio from a wireless
accessory
• Check that the wireless accessory is
turned on.
• Make sure the wireless accessory is
paired to your processor(s).
