Our goal at Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies is to provide product and system solutions and services that continually
exceed our customers’ expectations. We accomplish this through our valuable network of dealers and distributors who
provide consultative services to end users, including training, hardware and software installation, system configuration and
ongoing support.
This price book offers a wide range of online and offline, battery-operated and hardwired products that require a degree of
knowledge and experience in application, selling, troubleshooting, and system design.
We offer a number of learning opportunities to equip this network to provide the support required to optimize systems for
end users. These learning opportunities are available at our factory and in regional locations and have been recognized by
our dealers and distributors to be comprehensive and on-target. Participants learn from one another and share best practices.
We complement these instructor-led sessions with online modules and other learning methods. Overall, these training
sessions are a valuable part of the product support and services that SES offers. We provide training in the following:
Basic Offline Products
• Covers Cobra, KC-2 and CM locks programmed manually utilizing the keypad or with the SNAP programmer or
managed by Schlage SMS Express software.
Advanced Offline
• Covers CM and CL locks managed with Schlage SMS Select software
• The CL portion focuses on the pre-installation requirements to optimize a campus access plan as well as actual
programming.
System Components managed by Online Access System and Offline Controllers
• Covers traditional hardwired products including mag locks, power supplies, pushbuttons, keyswitches
and accessories.
• Also covers system components as part of an offline system managed by the CT 1000 controller which includes
actual wiring to the controller.
Online Systems and Open Architecture
• Covers wireless locks and accessories, wireless elevator and gate applications, VIP hardwired locks, biometric
readers, multi-technology readers as part of an online access control system. Devices are connected to Schlage
bright blue as an example of a access control panel
• Reviews the third party access panel alternatives including Schlage SMS
