Rigs which use an 11 MHz crystal can not be modified so easily as the range of MB8719
divide ratios is not sufficiently large. It is necessary to change the crystal. A value of
11.755MHz produces 28.105MHz when the "N" code is 64 and leaves the possibility of
producing another two higher bands with the same crystal.
