Installing a PCI expansion card

9. Unpack the PCI expansion card and remove any protective connector covers.
10. Insert the expansion card’s edge connector into the PCI connector on the
system card (see Figure 112).

11. Rotate the PCI Retainer counterclockwise so that it captures the expansion
card’s mounting bracket (see Figure 113).
12. Verify that the top edge of the PCI Retainer is flush with the top edge of the
rear panel of the chassis, then tighten the PCI Retainer’s mounting screw.
