CacheRaQ Cluster in Transparent Mode
Installation Notes
• Configure the Cluster Master for Transparent mode.
(The figure above shows a two-interface
configuration. A one-interface configuration is also
possible.)
• Configure the Cluster Slaves for Traditional Proxy
mode.
• Enter the Cluster Slave information into the Cluster
Master configuration.
Advantage
No client-side configuration is necessary.
Disadvantage
If the Cluster Master fails, the clients cannot access the
outside network until the Cluster Master comes back on-
line.
