To back up your files:
1. On the Personal Profile screen, click Backup on the left. The File Backup
table appears. See Figure 56.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions. You can change the path or the filename,
but the file MUST have the extension .raq in order for the Restore function to
work properly.
3. When you are ready to perform the backup, click Backup My Files.
