2.13 NETWORK
Contractor shall provide for a complete, independent network to connect all IP enable hardware include in
27.41.30. Network will include multiple VLANs, DHCP, and wireless access and will be configured as
standalone unless client IT department requires different. Contractor will configure all hardware in 27.41.30
into one Control VLAN, and coordinate with 27.41.36 to connect all 27.41.36 hardware LAN connections to
Control VLAN. Coordinate with audio for VLAN needs for audio signal transport; port control signals into
Control VLAN as needed (only on devices where control and audio signal are on the same NIC). Configure
all wireless access points to the same SSID and password, so that users and access wireless in all covered
areas with the same login. Configure all hardware in 27.41.30 and 27.41.36 controlled by control processor
to static IP addresses. Coordinate Static IP address with 27.41.36. Configure DHCP to allow room for all
static IP addresses needed by controlled devices.

2.14 TERMINAL EQUIPMENT
A. Contractor shall install Ross Video Dashboard software and Ensemble Designs Brighteye Software on
MAC-102 utility Computer.
B. Contractor to coordinate with audio integrator to configure background audio playing from the MAC-102 via
iTunes or other play out method (if applicable).
