2.11 CONTROL SYSTEM
A. Contractor to provide programming of Crestron system per owner’s instruction. The programming and GUI
design shall allow for basic operations of each product that is controllable and connected to the Control
LAN system.
B. Contractor shall provide a complete flow diagram with screen captures of the control system in single file
multi-sheet PDF for approval by the Consultant prior to installation.
C. The source code is the ownership of the client and the code shall be given to the client via flash drive upon
completion of commissioning. Password (if any) will be given to the client.
D. One set of revisions will be given free of charge after initial programming is complete.
E. All equipment (TVs, Projectors, etc.), in addition to group functions, will be individually addressed with
unique ID numbers.
F. Presets
1. Contractor to coordinate with the owner to provide presets for system control, such as monitor wall
on/off, lobby displays on/off (groups and all).
2. Presets that contain control of TVs will send a “volume down” command for a length of time to be
determined by the owner when make/model is determined and can be tested.
G. Local Control
1. Where Owner requests, and TV is capable, local control via buttons or IR will be disable. If software
control to perform this is unavailable, local mean of blocking the IR receiver and rear buttons will be
performed by the Contractor.
H. Additional Sources for GUI programming to be coordinated with the client.
