Firmware upgrade
Firmware is a built in program, which lets the hardware functions run. By
upgrading the firmware you can improve the performance of the player. The
guarantee lapses on wrongly using the update procedure. Therefore, carry out
the update only if you have very good technical knowledge or if you are asked
to do so by our service.
All saved files and settings are erased and cannot be restored.
Faulty upgrade will result in failed functions. Carefully note the instructions to
upgrade.
Updating
1. Copy the *.hxf files on the player.
2. Hold the VOLUME function pressed and simultaneously press
. The
player shows the “Firmware upgrade” screen.
Note: Make sure before upgrading that the player has sufficient charge.
The voltage drop during the upgrade results in failed functions.
The update of the player takes place at the owner’s risk.
