IMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY
CMI Health warrants to the original purchaser that your Memo Box (collectively, the “Product”) shall be
free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the
date of purchase. If a Product contained a Manufacturing Defect when it was purchased from CMI
Health website or an Authorized Retailer, CMI Health, at its sole discretion, will (i) repair the Product at
no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or (ii) replace the Product with a refurbished
Product at similar condition. CMI Health reserves the right to inspect any Product subject to a warranty
claim to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the claimed defect is a Manufacturing Defect or
otherwise. CMI HEALTH DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR
INDIRECT DAMAGES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
Warranty claims can be processed through the CMI Health website (www.cmihealth.com). Your
warranty is under the sole discretion of CMI Health and failure to follow the required procedures may
cause your warranty to become void.

XCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not apply to a Product or part of a Product that has been serviced, altered,
refurbished, or modified by anyone who is not authorized by CMI Health, nor does it apply to any
cosmetic damage such as scratches and dents. In addition, this Limited Product Warranty does not apply
to damage or defects caused by (a) use with non-CMI Health products; (b) accident, abuse, misuse,
mishandling, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) normal wear and tear or aging of the
Product such as discoloration or stretching; or (d) operating the Product (i) outside the permitted or
intended uses described by CMI Health, (ii) not in accordance with instructions provided by CMI Health,
or (iii) with improper voltage or power supply.
