ESC p Generate pulse

[FUNCTION] m=0,48: Outputs the pulse specified by n1 and n2 to drawer no. 1.
m=1,49: Outputs the pulse specified by n1 and n2 to drawer no. 2.
[CAUTION] *The pulse ON time is n1 x 2 msec. and OFF time is n2 x 2 msec.
*If n2<n1, the pulse OFF time is n1 x 2msec.
*Do not activate the drawer continuously.
