15.Updatingrmware

During the lifespan of the Popcorn Hour VTEN, we will continue to develop and improve on

the rmware. To receive the latest update, you just have to update the rmware online or via a

downloaded rmware package.

Automatic Update

“If you have enabled the “Check for rmware update” option in the Preferences section of the

Setup menu, the system will automatic prompt you whenever there is a new rmware update

available.

The system will automatically download the latest rmware from our server and update your

device accordingly.

IMPORTANT: It is recommended that before the rmware update you do a complete power cycle

of the device. This will ensure that the system is prepared for rmware update

process.
