UtilisingC‐BusEthernetInterfaces(5500CN),theconnectivitybetweenC‐Busnetworksis
providedbyanEthernetSwitchorHub.

The C‐Bus Network Interfaces do not support network tunnelling. This means thatyou
cannot communicate directly between networks. A centralised PC on the Ethernet
networkmaybeusedtosendandreceivecommandsfromallC‐Busnetworks.
Thisnetworktopologyiscommonlyusedinmulti‐storybuildings,utilisingtheexistingEthernet
backbone.
