Callback mode coexists with help
arrived mode. The Monitoring Center
can call back to CTC-1041RV
multiple times and to WTRVS or
CTC-808RV once during help arrived
mode. Callback mode and help
arrived mode will be terminated at the
same time when DTMF key (9) is
entered to end two-way
communication.
If the RESET button is not pressed
before the timer expires, CTC-
1041RV will send the alarm report
again to inform the Monitoring Center
that no help has arrived.
If the RESET button is still not
pressed after 4 retries to resend the
alarm report, CTC-1041RV will dial
the telephone number programmed
by Command 75 and open two-way
communication when the call is
answered. If the call is not answered,
CTC-1041RV will end the report,
retry no more, and return to idle
mode.

button should be pressed twice
quickly to send an alarm reset report
to the Monitoring Center. The HELP
button stops flashing and CTC-

RESET button once will enable CTC-
1041RV to send a Nurse Present
report to the Monitoring Center. The
HELP button continues to flash. The
Help Arrived Timer will be reset and
start counting down from the
beginning again.
When the nurse has completed
treatment for the caller, he/she
should press the RESET button
again to enable CTC-1041RV to
send a Local Reset report to the
Monitoring Center. The HELP button

Timer stop counting down, and the
system return to idle mode

should press the HELP button to
send a Call Assistance report to the
Monitoring Center to call for more
help.
If the RESET button is not pressed
again to send a Local Reset report
after a Nurse Present report is sent,
CTC-1041RV will continue to resend
the Nurse Present report when the
Help Arrived Timer expires.
If the RESET button is not pressed
after 4 retries to send the Nurse
Present report, CTC-1041RV will
dial the telephone number
programmed by Command 75 and
open two-way communication when
the call is answered. If the call is not
answered, CTC-1041RV will end
report, retry no more, and return to
idle mode.
