OPEN-PROTOCOL DDC CAPABILITY
The CXM and DXM Series can be upgraded with the
ad di tion of a separate LonMark or MPC (Multiple
ProtoCol -- BACNET, N2, Modbus) DDC module, ei ther
as a factory option, or fi eld installed at a later date.
LonWorks is an open protocol DDC network, which can
be in te grat ed with most third-par ty building automation
systems. In addition, the MPC controller offers the
other popular building management system protocols
(BACNET, N2, Modbus). ClimateMaster's DDC options
pro vide the fl exibility to upgrade your control system
as your de mands require, and gives you the freedom to
interface with most any DDC sys tem vendor. Leaving air
and water tem per a ture sensors are factory mounted, for
remote mon i tor ing, and a wide range of wall sen sors are
avail able. The wall sensors utilize a simple interface and
can provide dig i tal display and the unit control ca pa bil i ty
found in conventional thermostats.
