Instructions/Assembly Guide

1. Make sure all parts have been removed from the carton. Place them on a protected

surface or carpet.

2. Check all parts and hardware against the “Parts List” to make sure everything is

included.

3. Attach the Side Panel (2) to the Top (1) as shown below.

4. Connect the Side Panels (2) to the Top (1) by using Bolts (C), Flat Washers (A)

and Lock Washers (B). Fasten using the Allen Key (D).

Note: Do not fully tighten the Bolts until the table is assembled.
