Removing the Modem
1. Remove the battery (page 2 - 6), keyboard (page 2 - 9) and shielding plate (Figure 2 - 5a on page 2 - 10).
2. Remove screws -
(Figure 2 - 7a) from the modem and disconnect the modem cable .
3. Remove the modem .
Removing the GSM/CDMA Modem
1. Remove the battery (page 2 - 6), keyboard (page 2 - 9) and shielding plate (Figure 2 - 5a on page 2 - 10).
2. Disconnect the GSM modem cable (
Figure 2 - 7a).
3. Remove the GSM modem .
