Removing the Hard Disk Drive Assembly
1. Remove the battery (page 2 - 6) and turn the computer over.
2. Slide up the HDD assembly latch , and hold it in place.
3. Slide the HDD assembly out of the computer (Figure 2 - 2b).
4. Place the HDD on a flat surface and remove screws - , then carefully ease off the connector (Figure 2 -
2c).

tion of the arrow.
c. Remove the screws
and connector.
