Declaration of performance
according to Appendix III of Regulation [EU] No. 605/2011
(Construction Products Regulation)

2. Type, lot or serial number or another identification module for the construction product.
Required under Article 11 (4): Product number(s): 2300xxxx
3. Application of the construction product as intended by the manufacturer in accordance
with the applicable harmonized technical specification: personal hygiene
4. Name, registered trade name or registered trade mark and address of the manufacturer
as required by Article 11 (5):

10. The prescriptions of the product specified in points 1 and 2 shall correspond to the
declared performance in paragraph 9 in an uninstalled condition. A declaration of the
performance for the installation must be carried out by the responsible person/company
/personnel.
The declaration of performance is reinforced under the sole responsibility of the manufacturer as identi-
fied in point 4.
