Shorten the steam outlet with a multitool 3 mm from the tile. The steam outlet is
made of polyprop. Use a coarse tooth, a low speed and little pressure for the
best result. Remove any melt burrs.

Place the tile and drill 2 holes next to the hole.

Measure the distances.
Grind the shape from the tile.
