FederalCommunicationsCommission(FCC)oftheU.S.Government.Theselimitsarepart
ofcomprehensiveguidelinesandestablishpermittedlevelsofRFenergyforthegeneral
population.TheguidelinesarebasedonthesafetystandardspreviouslysetbybothU.S.
andinternationalstandardsbodies.Thesestandardsincludeasubstantialsafetymargin
designedtoassurethesafetyofallpersons,regardlessofageandhealth.Thisdeviceand
itsantennamustnotbeco‐locatedoroperatinginconjunctionwithanyotherantenna
ortransmitter.
This product has been shown to be capable of compliance for localized specific
absorptionrate(SAR)foruncontrolledenvironment/generalpopulationexposurelimits
specified in ANSI/IEEE Std. C95.1‐2005 and had been tested in accordance with the
measurement procedures specified in “KDB447498 and IEEE1528‐2013”.
For body worn operation, this handset has also been tested and meets the FCC RF
exposureguidelinewhenusedwiththebeltclipsuppliedwiththisproduct.Useofother
accessoriesmaynotensurecompliancewithFCCRFexposureguidelines.
