Handset Deleting a single Caller ID number 1. Press s or t button, the LCD shows the total number of CID numbers and new numbers.(ALL XX NEW XX) Visual ringer 2. Press s or t button to find out the number you want to delete. 3. Press F button twice to delete the number.

Phone Book Storing names and numbers to phone book You can store up to 60 names and numbers in the memory. 1. Adding names and numbers to phone book: 1. In standby mode, input the number you want to store by keypad. 2. Press MEMO button and then the LCD will show name. 3. Enter the name by keypad. If the next character is on the same button as the previous one, you need to for about 2 seconds before entering the next character. You can press F button to delete the error characters. 4.
Out of range warning Handset Settings Handset registration 1. Make sure the base unit is connected into the AC outlet and line jack. 2. Press and hold the button on the base unit. After 3 seconds, press the CH button on the handset, the unit will give you a confirmation beep, which means that the code has been set and the handset will show HS -1 on the LCD. 3.
Last number redial Press LCD contrast setting button, then press R/P button to redial the last dialled number. Press SEL button, then 2 button, and then the current level contrast adj X(X=1,2,3,4) will show on the LCD. Press s or t button to get the desired level and press SEL button once more to confirm and exit. CH button During the conversation, the phone will scan the clear channel automatically. If you still hear noise or static, press the CH button to find a clearer channel.
NOTE: 1.If you move the volume and tone receiver select switch up, the amplify function are automatically activated each time you use the phone. If you want to deactivate the function temporarily, press the amplify button once, at the same time, the LED turns off. 2.If you turn the volume and tone receiver select switch down, the amplify function are automatically deactivated each time you use the phone, you will need to activate the function temporarily by pressing the amplify button.
