Record a personalized greeting

By default, the answering machine greeting is "Hello. Your

call cannot be taken at the moment. So please leave your

message after the tone."

You can replace the default greeting by recording a

personalized greeting that is as long as two minutes.

You can record your greeting simply at the base, or

through the handset menus.

Note: If you are unable to record, delete some or all of the

stored messages.

To record a personalized greeting, using the base

• Press and hold , speak to

record your message after the tone,

and then press

Your recording plays.
