Messages play on the handset speakerphone, but you
can turn off the speaker if you prefer to listen discretely.
1. Play only new or play all memos and
messages:
• To play only new memos and messages:
Press
beneath Play on the screen.
Note: Play appears on the screen only if
there are unheard memos or messages.
• To play all memos and messages:
a. Press beneath Menu on the screen.
b. Press to select Ans Machine.
c. Press and select Play Message.
d. Press and scroll to Play All,
and then press
