Tip: Delete old memos when possible. The answering
machine has an 15-minute limit for memo and message
storage. The base screen shows FL when memory is full.
For instructions on deleting all memos and messages,

page 106.
To quickly retrieve a memo, using the base speakerphone
1. Press and hold .
If unheard memos or answering
machine messages are stored, only
those memos and messages play.
Otherwise, all stored memos and
messages play.
2. (Optional) Adjust message playback:
• To adjust volume: Press or .
• To replay a memo or message: Press

• To pause and unpause during

• To skip ahead to the next memo or
