To record a memo from the handset
1. Press beneath Menu on the
screen.
2. Press to select Ans Machine.
3. Press and scroll to Record
Memo, and then press
.
4. After the tone, speak clearly and
loudly, and then press
.
Saved appears on the screen.
5. Press .
If the answering machine is turned
On, New Message (number)

on the base screen increases by one.
Retrieve a memo
If the answering machine is turned on, (Number)
ÀDVKHV to indicate the number of unheard memos and
answering machine messages. The handset screen
always indicates an unheard memo as New Message.
If the answering machine is off, you can still hear unheard
memos and messages. Memos and messages play in the
order received.
You can use the answering machine base or the handset
to retrieve memos.
