Insert pauses while storing a number
A pause is 3 seconds long. While storing an automated

memory key, you must enter pauses before each automated
prompt.
To store an automated service number and responses
1. Jot down the automated service number.
2. Call the number, and jot down the following, until you
reach the destination:
a. The number of seconds between the last number

3. Using your notes, follow the instructions for storing a
memory-key number (for instructions, see
page 48).
