Delete machine messages and memos
It is important to delete old messages and memos on your
answering machine, to make space for new messages.
You can delete only reviewed (old) messages and memos.
The machine holds 15 minutes of messages. If the
machine is full, the caller cannot record a new message,
and the base shows FL.
To delete one machine message or memo
1. While the message is playing, press
and hold for two seconds.
You hear "Message erased."
To delete all reviewed machine messages and memos,
using the base
1. Press and hold for two
seconds .
You hear "To delete all old messages,
press Delete."
