Copy entries from one handset to another
You can copy phonebook entries from one handset to
another, in these ways:
• Copy individual entries
• Copy all entries: You can copy all and replace or you
can copy all and add.
To copy one phonebook entry from one handset to
another
1. Press beneath Phnbk on the screen.
2. Press the rst alphanumeric key of the name that
you wish to edit, and if necessary, press and
scroll to the name.
3. Press to select Option.
4. Press and scroll to Copy Entry, and then
press .
A list of handsets that are connected to the base
appears on the screen.
5. Press and scroll to the handset to which you want
to copy the entry, and then press .
