Source Port Option Description
AVR/IR Use if the AVR has a built-in source or if the AVR
supports IR chaining e.g. Marantz AVR and Marantz
sources
AVR/Serial Use if the AVR has a built-in source or if the AVR
supports RS-232 chaining.
Display Use if the TheaterLinX display control port is being used
to control a source.
Source 1-4 The source will be controlled by the IR block, ports 1-4
depending on your selection. Multiple sources can be
connected to the same IR port via a Y-connector as long
as the sources are of different types.
