1. Select the Update Devices icon ( ) to verify that all your devices are running
the latest firmware.
2. From the IR Tools menu, select Update IR Firmware.
A “Select a NetStreams SREC File” window displays (see Figure 7-17).

Open the latest dated folder in the upgrades folder.
NOTE: This is typically located in c:\digilinx dealer setup\upgrades.
4. Open the MediaLinX or ControLinX folder that contains IR firmware you want to
upgrade.
A file should display.
5. Highlight the file.
6. Select Load.
The firmware begins downloading to the device (see Figure 7-18). This will take
about five minutes.
