Get IR Files
The DigiLinX system uses IR codes that are in a .nir extension file. To save codes that
you have learned to a MediaLinX or ControLinX so you can use them for future
projects, complete the following steps:
1. From the IR Tools menu, select Get IR Codes.
A browser window opens (see Figure 7-12).

Enter a filename in the Filename field.
3. Select Save.
The codes are retrieved from the MediaLinX or ControLinX and saved to the .nir
file (see Figure 7-13).
