4. After adjusting information, select Apply.
5. Select the Labels tab.

ControLinX IR/RS232 Settings Tab
Tab Selection Description
IR/RS232 Settings Service Name Used to name the device.
Driver The driver used for the connected device.
Driver File The driver file used to communicate with the device.
NOTE:Once you’ve selected Secant as the driver for this
ControLinX, you will not be able to change it to any
other device without removing the CL100 from the
device list and re-adding it.
Control Type
Defined by the specific product driver.
Baud Rate Information provided by the manufacturer of the attached
device.
Data Bits Information provided by the manufacturer of the attached
device.
Parity Information provided by the manufacturer of the attached
device.
Stop Bits Information provided by the manufacturer of the attached
device.
