ONLINE DIRECTORY CONTACT DETAILS
You can view (but not edit) information about contacts listed in the online directory.
To view online directory contact information
1. In the Dialer menu, choose Online Directory. The Drawer opens to the Online Directory.
2. Select a contact and then click Details. The Contact Details dialog box displays the
following information:
Contact Details
Name and addresses (e-mail, E.164 user number, and IP
address) of the contact.
Supported Hardware
A check mark indicates if a camera (Video) and microphone
(Audio) is connected to the contact's conferencing system.
Status
Online indicates that the contact's system is running and can
receive videoconferencing calls.
In Call indicates that the contact's system is running but is
currently busy in a call.
Offline indicates that the contact's system is off.
