4. Pair BeltSta ons to the BaseSta on
Pairing is a programming process that allows a BaseSta on and BeltSta on to
recognize each other.
» Con rm that the BaseSta on is powered ON.
» Con rm that the BeltSta on is powered OFF.
» Connect the Pairing Cable from the BaseSta on to a BeltSta on.
» Power ON the BeltSta on and watch the BeltSta on display for “Pairing
Complete.
» BeltSta on status will become visible on the BaseSta on display.
» Repeat with each BeltSta on.
5. Connect Headsets to BeltSta ons
Plug a headset into each BeltSta on, and the BaseSta on if desired.
6. Opera on
Select a channel on the BeltSta ons by pressing the CH A/B or CH C/D control.
Press the TALK bu on. A quick press latches the Talk bu on for “Hands Free”
opera on. Press and hold the Talk bu on for more than two seconds while you
talk and the bu on will release in a Push-To-Talk manner.
Set the volume by rota ng the CH A/B or CH C/D control.
You may con rm BeltSta on opera on on the BaseSta on Opera on
screen. There is a sec on for each BeltSta on. In this illustra on, each
BeltSta on is set to talk on channel A and listen on channels A & D, with
only three BeltSta ons in opera on.
A headset may be connected to the front of the Base Sta on. Ac vate by pressing the TALK bu on. Select a channel by
pressing the volume knob.
