supply's
10-ohm
resistor
is
opened
when
the
system
ground
comes
in contact
wtih
something
"hot,"
with
respect
to
the
station's
earth
ground.
Should
this
occur,
we recommend
you
carefully
check
the
system
ground
and
AC
distribution
in
the
area.
NOTE:
This
is
a potentially
dangerous
situation;
if
It
occurs,
SHOCK
HAZARD
may occur
between
the
ground
and
the metal
boom
of
the headset.
