Problem Potential cause / solution

No steam is

released.

• Have you pushed the On / Off switch (4) on the front of the main unit?

Please note: The switch on the back (13) is deactivated when the

handle bar has been inserted.

• Has the steam quantity been set high enough?

Turn the knob for the steam quantity control clockwise to increase

the amount of steam.

• The appliance is still not operational.

The appliance must heat up for a few seconds until steam can be

emitted.

• The water tank is empty.

Fill the water tank (see chapter “Filling the water tank”).

• Has the tank been properly inserted in the main unit?

Check to make sure it is properly seated.

• The nozzle is plugged.

Clean the nozzle.
