Proper use
❐ ATTENTION! Improper use of the appliance may result in injury, scalding, and
electrical shocks.
❐ The appliance is designed for cleaning heat-resistant surfaces. It is also suitable for cleaning
laminate fl oors providing you follow the instructions below:
– The laminate should be correctly laid and there should be no gaps or cracks into which
moisture may penetrate.
– Test the steam cleaner fi rst on an unobtrusive area and check the laminate afterwards for
ripples or moisture penetration.
– If the surface shows no damage, the appliance can be used to clean the whole laminate
fl oor.
❐ Consult a qualifi ed professional as to whether your fl oor surfaces are suitable for being cleaned
with the steam cleaner. Always perform test cleaning on a small area fi rst.
❐ The appliance is not suitable for cleaning unsealed wooden fl oors, soft plastic, wooden
furniture or leather.
❐ The appliance may not be used to treat synthetic fabrics, velvet or other sensitive materials.
❐ The appliance is not intended to be used outdoors.
❐ The appliance is not a toy! Keep children and animals away from the appliance to prevent
injuries.
❐ The appliance is conceived for private use, not for commercial use. Only use the appliance as
described in these instructions. Any other use is deemed improper.

❐ ATTENTION! Danger of suffocation! Keep the packaging material away from children and
animals.
❐ ATTENTION! Scalding hazard! Never point the steam directly at people, animals or plants.
❐ ATTENTION! Scalding hazard! Never touch the appliance’s cleaning head / nozzle while in
operation! Keep at least 30 cm away. Wear shoes when cleaning fl oors.
❐ Never undo the water tank catch during use. Always ensure that the water tank is fi rmly
closed before using the appliance.
