Damage to property and the device
❐ Never place heavy objects on the device.
❐ Protect the device against heat, open fl ames, direct sunlight, and impacts. Make sure
there is no risk of the device being dropped.
❐ Only use original spare parts provided by the manufacturer.
❐ Only fi ll the fresh water tank with the enclosed cleaner or with commercially-available
carpet cleaners for carpet washers.
❐ Never fi ll the water tanks more than the maximum level indicated.
❐ Ideally, you should use distilled water to prevent scaling.
❐ Always fi rst test clean a small area to check colour-fastness.
Cleaning
❐ Empty both water tanks and clean the fi lters after every use.
❐ Prior to each cleaning, pull the plug out of the socket.
❐ The fi lters may not be cleaned in the washing machine.
❐ Only air dry the fi lters and do not in any case use a hair dryer.
❐ When cleaning the housing, do not use any chemical cleaners. They could damage
the device.
