Functions of the Attachments
Cleaning foot
with fl oor cloth
for steam-cleaning smooth fl oors
Carpet glider together with the cleaning foot and the fl oor cloth for steam-
cleaning carpets
Window-cleaning
attachment
for smooth surfaces such as windows, tiles or mirrors
Microfi bre cloth together with the window-cleaning attachment for smoothing out
and freshening up textiles
Brush attachment for cleaning all sorts of possible objects, e. g. bathroom fi ttings,
bathtubs, sinks, toys
Filling the Water Tank
PLEASE NOTE!
■ Do not overfi ll the water tank!
■ Only ever pour tap water and not distilled water or other liquids into the water tank
to prevent any damage to the device!
■ Never pour any cleaning agent or additives into the water tank. This might damage
the device.
1. Ensure that the On / Off switch (13) is in the 0 position and the main unit (5) has been
disconnected from the mains power.
2. Remove the water tank (11) from the main unit (see the “Assembly” chapter).
3. Twist the water tank cap (12) a little anticlockwise and take it off .
4. Pour cold, clean water into the tank. The water tank holds up to 350 ml.
5. Insert the water tank cap into the water tank and twist it clockwise to fi x it in place.
6. Insert the water tank into the main unit.
Operation
When handling the device, always hold the mains cable with one hand away from
the cleaning foot or attachment.
Use as Floor Steam Cleaner / Carpet Cleaner
PLEASE NOTE!
■ To use the device on laminate fl ooring, the following must be ensured:
– The laminate must be properly laid and have no gaps or cracks into which moisture
could penetrate.
– Test the device fi rst on an inconspicuous spot. Then check it for any waves or
ingress of moisture. If the test spot is unblemished, the device can be used to clean
the entire laminate fl oor.
