you can limit the outward dialing a phone number.
If the function is active, your SIM card can only
call present limiting dialing a phone number list.
Set this function takes as input the Pin2 code.
After the start of the lost a Pin2 code, before
the shutdown no longer need Pin2 code. Therefore,
if you do not want to others to change the fixed
dialing, set after please shutdown, and then
reboot.
 Blacklist：the function to achieve the number of
black list, do not blacklist the number of users
can not be dialed, SMS and other functions.
9.5 Profiles
This function is used to select a different ring, SMS
alerts mode to suit different occasions. By press the
up or down arrow keys to select the option, and then
press the OK button to enter.
9.5.1 Normal
 Rename: uses this function to modify the scene
mode name.
 Ring settings: uses this function to realize the
SIM2 SIM1 to repair the incoming call bell and the
bell of SIM2 SIM1 short message
