Carrying out basic settings
Settings Options Explanation
TV Typ PAL/NTSC/ If you are uncertain which television standard
PAL & NTSC/ is the appropriate one, select the setting
SECAM "PAL & NTSC".
VCR device PAL/NTSC/ If you are uncertain which television standard
TYPE PAL & NTSC/ is the appropriate one, select the setting
SECAM "PAL & NTSC".
Start On Last From the list of channels shown here, you may

called up when the receiver is switched on.
Antenna ON/OFF "OFF" means that no voltage is present at the
Power antenna output – suitable for connection to the
roof antenna and the passive room antenna.
When set to "ON", you may connect an active
room antenna without a separate power supply.
