Ö Insert the mains plug of the receiver in a regulation power socket

with PE for 230 V, 50 Hz.

Ö Turn the power switch on the back of the device to "ON".

The device is set to standby mode.

Ö Insert the connected devices' mains plug into the mains socket

and switch these on.

Ö Switch on the AV channel on the TV set.

Please refer to your TV set's operating instructions for

information on how to switch the "AV" channel on.

Initial Installation

The first time the device is switched on the start window of the

installation assistant appears. With the help of this installation assi-

stant you can easily carry out the most important settings of the

receiver.

Ö Use the "VOL " or "VOL " arrow keys to select the desired

option. Confirm your selection with the "OK" button.

Ö After the installation assistant has completed the station finding

procedure (100%), press the "OK" button to return to normal

operation.

Remote control

The remote control requires two Micro LR 03/AAA 1.5 V batteries.

Ö Open the battery compartment.
